摘要
本科生提前毕业制度是学分制的应有之意,但目前各高校试行的提前毕业制度并不具有普遍意义而且可操作性差,原因在于,一方面学分制本身不完善,另一方面是实施提前毕业制度的校内、外环境不成熟。只有突破诸多限制条件,才能完善提前毕业制度,使其更加科学并具有可操作性。
The sooner graduation of the undergraduates relies on credits earned, but this graduation system ahead of time does not appear universally operational. It is argued that the credit system is not flawless on the one hand, and the system of the sooner graduation is not mature by means of setting of in and out of the campus, on the other hand.
