摘要
目的:探讨柔润保湿霜联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法:选择糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者134例,随机分成治疗组70例,对照组64例,两组患者均给予复方甘草酸苷片口服,治疗组外涂柔润保湿霜,对照组外涂安它敏霜,疗程1个月,停药1个月复诊并观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应轻,患者满意度高,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:柔润保湿霜联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效较好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment of facial dermatitis of the glucocorticoid hormone-dependent effects of Gentle moisturizing cream joint compound Glycyrrhizin tablets. Method 134 Cases of the glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group, 70 cases in the control group of 64 cases. Both groups were given the Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets.Treatment group Gentle moisturizing cream, coated with the control group were coated Antamin cream, treatment 1 month. Withdrawal of a referral and the effects were observed. Result The treatment group was significantly higher adverse reaction, the patient satisfaction. Both groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gentle moisturizing cream joint compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of facial glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis good, worthy of promotion.
