摘要
目的探讨中医护理在骨质疏松并发椎体病理性骨折的临床疗效及优势。方法我院从2010年2月至2012年2月共合计收治骨质疏松并发椎体病理性骨折患者60例,并随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各为30例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组则在常规护理方法的基础上给予心理、饮食、运动护理干预措施。对患者连续观察2个月并进行随访6个月,比较护理组和对比组患者康复情况、护理满意度等方面的情况。结果通过治疗两组患者均较前好转,观察组患者康复情况显著优于对照组,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显优于对照组,亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中医护理在骨质疏松并发椎体病理性骨折疗效肯定,且更能显著提高临床治疗效果,可提高患者满意度,缩短疗程,疾病恢复快,临床疗效显著。
Objective To discuss the effect and the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medical care of vertebral pathologic fracture concurring with osteoporosis.Methods Our hospital had treated 60 cases of vertebral pathologic fracture concurring with osteoporosis from February 2010 to February 2012 totally.They were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,30 patients one group.Control group used conventional methods of care,the observation group obtained psychology,diet,exercise care interventions on the basis of the conventional methods of care.Continued observation of two months and followed up for six months,compared two groups of patients with more care and clinical efficacy,pain,complications,disease recovery time situation.Results After treatment,patients were better than before,but the clinical observation group than the control group,two groups were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）;pre-treatment pain score,complication rate,recovery time by two groups of patients showed no significant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medical care helps restore vertebral fracture surgery,can significantly improve efficacy,reduce pain,improve patient compliance,shorten recovery time disease,clinical implementation should be promoted.
