摘要
目的通过对我院门诊药物咨询进行调查分析,满足患者对药品知识的需求,提高医院药学服务。方法收集我院2010年6月至2011年6月药物咨询2996例,按咨询对象、咨询类型、咨询内容等进行归纳、分析,并介绍药师在咨询工作中对各种用药问题的解决办法。结果药物咨询对象主要有患者(54.97%)、医师(21.26%)、护士(14.09%);咨询的类型主要有抗感染药(28.5%);咨询内容主要有药品的用法用量(63.05%)。结论开展药物咨询,不仅为临床提供良好的药学服务,还提高药师的专业知识水平,为患者提供了安全、合理、有效、经济的用药指导,从而提高患者用药的依从性。
Objective By way of investigation and analysis on outpatient drug consultation in our hospital,the patients’demand on drug knowledge is satisfied,then facilitating the hospital pharmaceutical service.Method The drug consultations of 2996 cases that took place from June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were collected.On the basis of the object,type and content of consultation,they were summarized and analyzed and the resolutions for the problems concerning drug that adopted by the pharmacists in consultation were described.Result The objects of consultation mainly were the patients(54.97%),doctors(21.26%) and nurses(14.09%).The type of drug in consultation mainly focused on the anti-infection drugs.The contents of consultation were about the usage and dosage of drug(63.05%).Conclusion The development of drug consultation not only could clinically provide the good pharmaceutical service,but also could improve the professional level of pharmacists,then providing safe,reasonable,effective and economical drug use guide for the patients and promoting the patients’ compliance in drug application.
