摘要
目的使应用双相气道正压通气(BiPAP)呼吸机的患者在并发症未显现前,预测可能出现的潜在的护理问题,及时主动采取有效的护理措施,减少应用BiPAP呼吸机的不适,提高治疗效果。方法将80例应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用预见性护理,通过患者主诉、意识、呼吸形态观察心电监护、血氧饱和度监测,对可能出现的护理问题,通过评估,实施相应个体护理,减少BiPAP呼吸机应用时可能出现的不适。结果观察组应用呼吸机出现的不良反应较对照组明显降低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对应用BiPAP呼吸机的患者实施预见性护理,有效地预防及减轻了患者的并发症,提高了护理质量,提高了治疗效果。
Objective To make the patient with BiPAP respirator to forecast potential nursing problem before complication occured,take effective nursing measure positively,reduce discomfort with BiPAP respirator and improve the treatment ef fect.Methods Eighty patients with BiPAP respirator were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases.The control group was given normal therapy and nursing.The observation group was given the addi tional foresighted nursing on the base of the control group.The electrocardiogram monitoring,blood oxygen saturation mon itoring were observed through the chief complaint,consciousness and breath of patients.The patients were given the ar range individual nursing accordingly to the possible nursing problem by evaluating to reduce the discomfort when using the BiPAP respirator.Results Compared with the control group,the adverse reaction by using the respirator of the patient in observation group was reduced remarkably.The comparision of both groups had statistically significant difference（P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion The application of foresighted nursing for patients with BiPAP respirator in our department prevents and alleviates the complication,improves the nursing quality and therapy effect of patients.
