摘要
[目的 ]研究BIPAP呼吸机经鼻面罩治疗慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)并呼吸衰竭的效果。 [方法 ]将 6 4例COPD并呼吸衰竭患者随机分成观察组与对照组 ;观察组为BIPAP呼吸机治疗组 ,对照组为经鼻导管氧疗组 ;比较两组的治疗效果。 [结果 ]就动脉血气分析观察 ,经BIPAP呼吸给氧与鼻导管给氧对COPD的影响具有显著性差异 ;经BIPAP呼吸机治疗后患者PaO2 明显升高 ,PaCO2 明显降低。 [结论 ]BIPAP呼吸机对改善COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸功能 。
To study the treatment efficacy of COPD and respiratory failure with the nose-face covering of BIPAP respirator. 64 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were randomized to divided into two groups:observational group,treating with BIPAP respirator; Comparative group,treatingt with oxygen through,nose tube.Compare the response of the two groups. Take the arterial blood gas for granted,there is a mark difference in the oxygen treatment between BIPAP and nose tube. After treated by BIPAP the patients PaO 2 were raised obviously and PaCO 2 were lowered evidently,such as the table 2.[Conclusion] BIPAP respirator can be used for patients with COPD and respiratory failure ,which can improve the pulmonary function and rectify the hypoxemia.And the clinical treatment efficacy is good.
