摘要
目的检测H-103型大孔树脂处理前后苯系列残留物的含量。方法用气相色谱法检测树脂中苯系列残留物。结果处理后树脂中不含苯系列残留物。结论处理后的H-103型大孔树脂用于抗生素类药物硫酸头孢噻利合成时可以不考虑苯系列残留物的影响。
Objective To determine the amount of benzene-series residues before and after preparation of H-103 type macroreticular resin.Methods Amounts of benzene-series residues were determined by gas chromatography.Results No residues were found in resin after preparation.Conclusion When H-103 type macroreticular resin after preparation is used in the compose of antibiotic drugs of cefoselis sulfate can be ignored.
