摘要 目的:建立YP215中残留乙醇、正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙基苯、二乙烯基苯、正十二烷的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,氢火焰离子化检测器,顶空温度100℃。选用DMF-水(2:1)混合溶剂。结果:各待测组分完全分离,线性关系良好,精密度RSD在2.70%~8.45%,检测限在0.013~0.505μg/mL,回收率均大于85%。结论:此法操作简单灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于大孔树脂残留溶剂的检测。 Objective To establish a method for detecting the residual ethanol,n-hexane,benzene,toluene,xylene,styrene,diethylbenzene,divinylbenzene,dodecane in YP215 by headspace capillary gas chromatography.Methods The determination was carried out on a DB-624 capillary column with sequential increase of temperature programming and FID detector.The headspace temperature was set at 100℃ and the solvent was mixed DMF-water(2:1).Results The organic residuals were completely separated.There was good linearity in the experimental concentration.The RSD of precision were 2.70%-8.45%,and the detection limits were in the range of 0.013-0.505μg/mL.The recoveries were above 85%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It could be used for detection of the residual solvents of macro-porous re
