摘要
血液稀释作为一种血液保护措施已经广泛应用于临床。该技术具有操作简便、费用低廉及节血效果确切等优点,是围术期血液保护的重要方法之一,近年应用广泛。血液稀释时各种凝血因子受到不同程度的稀释,势必对凝血功能产生一定的影响。现就不同血液稀释方法对凝血功能的影响作一综述。
Hemodilution has been widely used in clinic as one of blood conservation measures.In recent years,the technology has been widely used because it is simple,low cost and saving blood effect.As one of the important method of peri operative blood conservation,various coagulation factors by different degrees of dilution of the hemodilution,is bound to have some impact on coagulation.Here is to make a review on the influence of different hemodilution methods on coagula tion function.
