摘要
输血尤其是大量输血可以给病人带来严重并发症,大量输血合并凝血障碍就是其中之一,如果处理不当,往往会导致严重不良后果。围手术期大量输血合并凝血障碍往往是多种因素导致的结果,需要综合评估及时诊断。只有正确判断大量输血合并凝血障碍的主要原因,采取个体化及综合性的处理措施,包括合理利用各类凝血物质和选择恰当的外科治疗措施等,才能取得良好的治疗效果。
Blood transfusion, especially massive blood transfusion, can cause serious complications to patients. If handled improperly, massive blood transfusion with dysfunction of blood coagulation often lead to serious adverse consequences. Massive blood transfusion with dysfunction of blood coagulation is often a result of a variety of factors. It should be early diagnosed by comprehensive assessment. Through individualized and comprehensive measures, including infusion of various types of blood clotting substances, and appropriate surgical treatment, massive blood transfusion with dysfunction of blood coagulation can be cured for good in perioperative period.
