摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,家族企业的崛起成为国民经济中不可忽视的重要力量,但是由于对家族企业的边界划分,理论界一直未有一个公认的、清晰的标准,导致长期以来实务界和理论界缺乏对家族企业宏观的全局的把握,极大的影响了家族企业在我国经济中的地位。文章作者在借鉴中西方学者对家族企业的定义的基础上,提出中国家族企业的边界划分应立足于传统文化并符合社会经济发展。
Abstract： With the rapid development of Chinese economy, family business rise has become the national economy important three that can not be ignored, but because of the family enterprise boundary demarcation, the theoretical circle has not had a recognized, clear standards, resulting in a long time, academe and lack of family enterprises macroscopic overall grasp, the great influence of the family business in Chiina＇s economie status.forward that the boundaries shouht he based on traditional culture anti meet tile need of social anti economic development.
