摘要
药物的不合理使用已逐渐成为全球性的公共卫生问题,加重患者的经济负担,造成了有限卫生资源的浪费,而抗生素的滥用导致细菌耐药性的产生。为解决上述问题,促进药物的合理使用,世界各国在世界卫生组织的支持下积极探讨促进合理用药的方法策略,采取了诸多措施,如实行基本药物政策、针对供需双方的培训教育、制定参考指南、监督医生的处方行为、补偿机制改革等多种措施以促进药物合理使用。本文通过综述相关干预措施,介绍部分国家的经验,为下一步制定适合我国的促进合理用药措施提供依据。
Irrational use of drugs has become a worldwide public health problem, aggravated the financal burden of patients, wasted the limited health resource, and the abuse of antibiotics led to bacterial drug resistance. In order to solve these problems and to promote rational drug use, various counties with the help of World Health Organization has been positively study strategies to promote rational drug use, strategies such as carry out essential drug policy, enhance education for supply and demand side, guideline, evaluation of doctors＇ prescription, complementary mechanism reform. This article reviews the strategies in order to provide suggestions for promoting rational drug use in China.
