摘要
高等教育大众化时代高校人才培养多样化是学校主动适应社会发展的积极应对。多样化人才培养对高校管理提出了新的挑战。传统的管理制度因管理体制的刚性化、管理过程的简单化、管理行为的经验化制约着多样化人才培养的实现。创新体制需要以观念转变为先导,以机制创新为突破点,通过大类分段培养、完善双学位与主辅修制度、实施发展性评价等举措,构建适应多样化人才培养的新体制。
With the popularization of higher education, training of diversified talents enables the colleges and universities to take the initiative to keep with the development of society. Therefore, diversified tal- ents cultivation puts forward a new challenge to the teaching management. The traditional management system restrains the training of diversified talents because of its rigidity, the simplification of the manage- ment process and experience-oriented managerial behaviors. Guided by changing the ideas and taking ed- ucation mechanism innovation as a breakthrough point, construct a diversified new system adapted to tal- ent fostering by various measures such as training on the basis of classified enrolment and training, doub- le degree, major and minor system improvement and the implement of developmental evaluation system.
