摘要
根据生产线生产要求,生产线机器视觉系统通过对颜色的识别来判断工件是否合格。为了满足实时性和准确性的要求,提出了一种基于HSI色彩空间模型的阈值算法。现场测试证明利用稳定颜色空间的图像分割和行程长度编码算法的机器视觉系统能满足工作需要。
According to production line production requirements,Visual system through the color identification to determine qualification of the workpieeeo This paper introduced a fast color image segmentation method using improved threshold algorithm in HSI color space, and by color segmentation and run-length coding.It dramatically reduced the work of calculation ,and speed up the image processing. The results show that this algorithm of machine vision systems to meet the operational needs.
