摘要 应用NI公司应用程序开发平台labVIEW,通过编写程序建立虚拟仪器系统并组建简单的外部硬件设备系统,实现了对图像的采集和处理,可以识别出不同颜色的物体,以及计算出该物体的面积,中心坐标等物理参数。我们可以利用这些参数作为下位机的控制信号,为后续物体的筛选和分级做好准备。经实验证明,采用该机器视觉技术是能准确实现番茄色选的,并得到番茄的物理参数,为后续系统开发研究提供了重要依据,也为机器视觉技术的广泛工程应用提供了重要理论支持。 A new method of detecting different colors of objects by machine vision is studied,through applying development platform of NI Vision-LabVIEW by compiling a program a virtual instrument system is built and a simple external hardware equipment system is established,which could accomplish image acquisition and processing and identify objects in different colors as well as work out the area of the objects,center coordinates and some other physical parameters.Those parameters could be used as control signals for the lower computer and prepare for subsequent screening and classification of objects.It is proved by experiments that the tomato color could be chosen accurately by adopting machine vision technology and the physical parameters for the tomato are obtained,which provide an important theoretical support for the successive research and wide application of the technology.
