摘要
对甲氧基苄醇经氯代和超声波辐射下的Grignard反应制得1-(3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-2-(4-甲氧基苯基)乙醇,再经硫酸氢钾脱水、三氯化铝脱甲基得到白藜芦醇,总收率约52%。
Resveratrol was synthesized from p-methoxybenzyl alcohol by chlorination and Grignard with 3,5-dimethoxybenaldehyde under ultrasonic irradiation to give 1-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-ethanol, which was subjected to dehydration with KHSO4 and demethylation with AlCl3 with an overall yield of about 52%.
