摘要
针对电厂管道振动严重危害电厂安全生产、运行人员人身安全及工作环境的问题,分析了电厂汽水管道系统振动的危害和主要形成原因,提出了改变管系固有频率、减小转弯角度、改变刚度、改变工质参数等消减振动的方法,并通过某电厂一期工程600 MW机组主给水管道振动治理实例,验证了采用消除管道振动措施的正确性。
Since the pipe vibration seriously threatens safe production, security of running staff and work environ- ment, this paper analyzes the danger and its causes of steam - water pipe vibration, proposes damping measures such as changing the natural frequency of pipe system, reducing turning angle, changing stiffness and work medium parameters and so on, and verifies the correctness of damping measures for pipe system through the example of vi- bration treatment for water supply pipe of phase I 600 MW unit in a power plant.
