摘要
目前,校企合作已经成为发达国家实现产业创新的重要途径,而在我国校企合作的潜力并没有充分发挥出来。因此,研究我国校企合作的现状和影响因素具有极为重要的意义。以浙江为研究对象,通过对高校、企业和高校科研人员进行问卷调查,分析浙江省校企合作现状与影响因素。研究发现,沟通渠道不畅、文化差异较大、合作能力不强以及政策支持不足是影响校企合作的重要因素。最后,有针对性地提出了提升我国校企合作关系的具体政策建议。
Currently, university industry collaboration （UIC） has become an important way to industrial innovation, but the potential of the UIC has not been fully developed. Therefore, it has great significance to discuss the UIC in China and find out the influence factors. In this paper, we study the UIC in Zhejiang Province by surveys on university, company and uni- versity researcher. The results show that lack of communication channel, poor cooperation ability, culture difference and insufficient of policy support impacts the UIC greatly. The policy implications on how to improve the relationship of UIC is considered.
