摘要
在十年来各类高校专利统计数据分析的基础上,对重点院校和一般院校的科技投入与专利申请量作了对比分析,阐述了我国高校当前专利发展的现状,重点论述我国高校特别是重点院校科技地位、科技投入与专利申请的数量与质量的不对称性,分析高校专利管理中存在的主要问题.
It analyzes the statistical figures of patent application,patent approving and patent abjuration of university in recent years,and find its character. Based on the comparison between S＆T investment and patent application,it concludes that S＆T investment doesn＇ t match patent application in university. Then, it puts forward the problems in the process of patent management.
