摘要
针对目前餐厨垃圾收运工作存在无法自动计算污染者的餐厨垃圾产生量的问题,设计了一种以PIC单片机为核心的餐厨垃圾自动称重系统,通过安装在收运车辆上的RFID模块和自动称重模块,对不同污染者的垃圾产生量进行自动称重。数据通过I2C总线存储在IC卡中,作业完成提交IC卡,由计算机完成对污染者污染量的统计。测试结果证明,该系统能够对餐厨垃圾进行准确测量,达到自动称重的目的 。
In the current work of food waste collection and transportation, cost can't be automatically generated according to the polluters' a- mount of food waste. So an automatic system (installed in the vehicles) is design, which work through the RFID and automatic weighing mod- ules. The core of the system is a PIC microcontroller. Data are stored in the IC through the I2C-bus card. IC card is submitted when the job finished. Then the computer will complete the statistics of pollution amount from the polluters. Test results show that the system can accurately measure food waste, and weigh automatically.
