摘要
全国各地方农业院校均不同程度地开展服务本省或本地区新农村建设的研究工作,但从整体上仍然处于摸索阶段,服务效果尚未得以充分展现。以黑龙江省建设社会主义新农村为背景,基于黑龙江省农业院校服务新农村建设现状与问题分析,从宏观与微观层面为黑龙江农业院校有效开展新农村服务工作提供建议。
The endemic agricultural colleges all over China are studying the services they supply for the new countryside construction of local province or of local district in varied degrees;however,as the researches are still at the exploratory stage,the effects of the services have not yet been fully demonstrated.Based on the background of constructing new socialism countryside in Heilongjiang and on the analysis of the current situations and problems of the agricultural colleges in Heilongjiang which servicing for new countryside construction,this paper makes efforts to explore a common mode of the agricultural colleges servicing for new countryside construction in Heilongjiang to draw some useful suggestions for every agricultural college in order to carry out effective service work.
