On the Healthy Buildings and Their Physical Environment

摘要 随着科学技术的进步,人类居所的创造与发展日新月异,我们的居住环境、城市与建筑空间已经产生了巨大的变化,而人类对健康的需求与居住建筑空间的品质息息相关,这将使得建筑空间的健康属性成为新的焦点问题。基于建筑空间的物理要素分析指出,传统居住建筑和谐于地域自然环境。当代一些建筑则因土地资源紧缺、人口数量加剧等因素所致,背离了对健康环境要求的进化方向,成为对居住者身心健康不利的"病态建筑"。在此基础上,进一步讨论了健康建筑空间的基本属性及其理论与实践意义,阐述了在当今建筑的设计中,应当重视"健康建筑"的理论研究与实践推广,使健康建筑空间成为绿色、低碳建筑固有的基本属性。 With the advances in science and technology, the human habitat creation and rapid devel- opment of our living environment, urban and architectural space has produced a huge change, and mankind is closely related to the health needs of the quality of the residential building space, this will allow the architectural space health attribute become the new focus. This paper, based on the archi- tectural space of physical factor analysis, points out that the traditional residential building harmoni- ous in regional natural environment, the shortage of some contemporary construction due to land re- sources, increased population and other factors caused a departure from the required direction of the evolution of a healthy environment to become the occupants adverse physical and mental health "sick building". On this basis, the paper further discusses the basic properties and their theoretical and practical significance of the health of architectural space, described in today's architectural design should pay attention to the theory of " Healthy Buildings" research and practice to promote health building space into a green the basic properties inherent in the low carbon buildings.
