摘要
目的探讨分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取湖南省中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院护理人员40名,平分成实验组和对照组。实验组护理人员采用分层次管理法进行管理,对照组护理人员采用常规管理模式进行管理,比较两组护理人员管理前后的理论知识、操作技术考核成绩。结果两组护理人员管理前的理论知识、操作技术考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后实验组护理人员的理论知识、操作技术考核成绩均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理法在临床护理管理中具有良好的临床应用效果,值得继续推广应用。
Objective To investigate the hierarchical management method in the clinical care management in effect.
