摘要 阐述了护理人员按职上岗、分层次使用的现状和取得的成绩。实践证明了它提高了护理工作质量和护理工作满意度,有利于提高护理人员的学习积极性和工作热情,有利于护理患沟通和医护沟通、有利于护理科研和教学。 It summarized the status quo of dutybased position and gradation utilization of nursing staffs and its achievement. And it is proved in practice that dutybased position and gradation utilization management mode had enhanced both nursing work quality and nursing work satisfaction. The mode is helpful for improving learning activeness and working passion of nursing staffs and is helpful for nursepatient communication and doctor-nurse communication. It is helpful for nursing research and teaching as well.
