摘要
目的探究运用曲美他嗪对PCI术后心肌缺血再灌注损伤的临床治疗。方法选取2010年10月~2011年6月的70例预行PCI手术的患者。所选取的患者符合STEMI的诊断标准,年龄42~75岁之间,稳定性绞痛患者30例,不稳定性绞痛患者40例,男46例,女24例。随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均为35人,其中实验组在PCI术前和术后服用曲美他嗪,而对照组则仅进行标准化PCI手术治疗。结果通过比较PCI术后两组比较实验组患者在在术前及术后测定血清肌钙蛋白、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶的数值差异。两组统计数据显示,服用曲美他嗪的患者在术前和术后6h和24h测定的血清肌钙蛋白、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶数值均有显著降低。服用曲美他嗪的实验组在心脏超声测定等方面心功能优于对照组,并改善了左室射血分数。结论临床治疗过程中,运用曲美他嗪能够提高心肌细胞的代谢率,更好地减少PCI术后心肌缺血再灌注损伤的MIRI现象,效果显著。
Objective To explore application of trimetazidine on PCI postoperative myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in clinical treatment. Methods 170 cases PCI patients with combined operation were selected from 2010 October to 2011 June in our hospital. Selected patients with STEMI diagnostic criteria, age between 42-75, stable angina peetoris unstable angina in 30 patients,40 patients, male 46 cases, female 24 cases. Were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of 35, in which the experimental group in the PCI preoperative and postoperative taking Qumei trimetazidine, while the control group was only given a standardized PCI operation treatment. Results Through the comparison of the PCI after operation in the two groups compared with patients in the experimental group in the preoperative and postoperative serum troponin, creatine kinase isoenzyme numerical difference. Two groups of statistical data shows, taking Qumei tfimetazidine in patients with preoperative and postoperative6h and 24h determination of serum troponin I, creatine kinase isoenzyme values were significantly lower in. Taking Qurnei trimetazidine in the experimental group in cardiac ultrasound determination of such cardiac function is better than that of control group, and the improvement of the left ventricular ejection fraction. Conclusion The clinical course of treatment, can improve by Qumei trimetazidine myocardial cell metabolic rate, better to reduce the PCI of postoperative myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in the MIRI phenomenon, obvious effect.
