摘要
针对小麦收获后花生免耕播种易堵塞的问题,设计了一种新型花生免耕播种机。它由拖拉机通过万向节传递动力给换向机构完成换向,再通过驱动链轮使其以一定的转速带动拨指链转动;与此同时,托板收集地表覆盖的麦秸与杂草,收集的麦秸与杂草经拨指链带动弹齿拨出托板,从而形成清洁播种带[1];地轮经链传动传递动力给排种与排肥器完成排种与排肥。通过分析运动过程,确定了驱动链、排种器和排肥器等关键部件的参数。
For the problem that peanuts no-till planting is easily blocked after wheat harvest,we designed a new peanuts no-tillage seeder.It completes reversing through the universal joint transfering power to the reversing institutions by tractor,then make it drive the chain to dial at a certain speed through the drive sprockets.At the same time,the board at the bottom collects the straw and weeds at the surface,and wheat straw and weeds collected can dial out of the board by the dial chain's driving spring tooth,so as to form the clean sowing area.Land wheels transfer the power to sowing and fertilization device through chain drive to complete seed and fertilizer sowing.Through the analysis of the moving process,the parameters of the drive chains,sowing device,fertilization devices and other key parts are determined.
