解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后MMP-7及tPA的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Jiedu Huoxue Chinese Herbal Medicine on MMP-7 and tPA after PCI of Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的:通过检测解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后MMP-7及tPA的影响,探讨解毒活血中药治疗急性冠脉综合症不稳定斑块的机制,从而得出中医内痈理论的论证。方法:采用经皮seldinger穿刺法或经桡动脉穿刺法选择性冠脉造影术。检测PCI术前及PCI术后用药30天后采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别测定MMP-7、tPA水平。结果:治疗组治疗后MMP-7及tPA水平下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:解毒活血中药能降低ACS患者PCI术后MMP-7及tPA水平,抑制PCI术后炎症。这为解毒活血汤用于ACS的治疗提供了临床依据。 Objective:This text studied the impact of Jiedu Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine on MMP -7 and tPA after PCI of acute coronary syndrome through an examination disintoxieation, the study explored the machinsm of Jiedu Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine treating unsteady plaque of acute coronary syndrome, getting the traditional medicine argument ofNeiyong. Methods:The percutaneous seldinger puncture method or puncture method through radial artery was used to do PCI. MMP -7 and tPA levels were measured respectively before PCI and 30 days after medication after PCI by ELISA. Result : MMP - 7 and tPA levels in the treatment group after treating declined more obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Jiedu Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine can lower MMP- 7 and tPA levels after PCI of ACS sufferers and inhibit post - operative inflammation diseases, providing a clinical reference for using Jiedu Huoxue Decoction in clinic.
