摘要
通过15组新老混凝土试件的早龄期直剪试验,观测了加载全过程中的试验现象,获得了新老混凝土早龄期黏结滑移曲线;进而通过正交分析明确了黏结面粗糙度和新混凝土龄期两种因素对早龄期极限黏结强度的影响,并进一步分析了两种因素对黏结滑移全曲线的影响。分析结果表明:随着龄期的增长和粗糙度的增加,新老混凝土极限黏结强度也随之提高,剪切全过程中的黏结面抗剪性能也有所提高;在试验条件下新浇混凝土龄期是影响黏结极限强度的主要因素。
By carrying on direct shear tests on 15 groups of early age bonding new-to-old concrete specimens,this research observed the phenomenon of the whole test processes and obtained the bond-slip curves of the new-to-old concretes.The impacts of roughness and age on the ultimate shear strength were explicated by quadrature analysis.The analysis showed that with the increase of the roughness of interface or the age of new concrete,the ultimate shear strength increased and the shear property of the whole process also improved.And the age of new concretewas the main factor that influences the ultimate shear strength.
