摘要
提出了用ICP-AES法同时测定铝黄铜中锰,镍,铝,铅,锡,锌,铁元素的分析方法。各元素选用最佳光谱线和光谱仪合适的工作条件,RSD<2%,回收率在95%~105%之间。结果表明:本法测定铝黄铜中锰,镍,铝,铅,锡,锌,铁含量的分析误差和精密度符合GB/T5122的技术要求。数据的精密度和样品加标回收率结果令人满意,方法快速,简便。
An analysis method for the simultaneous determination of Mn, Ni, A1, Pb, Sn, Zn and Fe in aluminum brass by ICP - AES has been put forward, in which the optimum spectrum line and suitable working conditions of spectrometer for determination of each element were ehosen, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 〈 2% and the recoveries were in the range of 95 % -105 %. The re- suits demonstrated that the analytical error and the precision for the determination of Mn, Ni, Al, Pb, Sn, Zn and Fe were in accord with the requirements of the National Standards GB/T5122. Moreover, the precision and recoveries were satisfactory and the method was rapid and simple.
