MgF_2/CdTe一维光子晶体及其缺陷结构在红外波段的研究

Study on MgF_2/CdTe One-dimensional Photonic Crystal and Its Defect Structure in Infrared Band

摘要 采用MgF2/CdTe作为一维光子晶体的结构,并引入了缺陷层ZnS,利用传输矩阵法,分别分析了电磁波在这两种结构中的带隙结构,并分析了各种参量对带隙的影响,研究了其规律。计算结果表明:MgF2/CdTe一维光子晶体结构在红外有良好的反射性质,缺陷ZnS的引入能够增加其带隙,并且能得到透射率很好的缺陷模,通过调节入射角和结构参量,能够控制缺陷模的位置,有望制成红外波段的滤波器。 MgF2 and CdTe are usded to construct one-dimensional photonic crystals,then the defect layer is introduced.The structure of electromagnetic waves in both the band structure and the effect of various parameters on the band gap are exhibited and confirmed by calculation of the transfer matrix method.It is show that there is a good reflection nature of MgF2/CdTe one-dimensional photonic crystal in infrared band.The defect layer can widen the band gap and get a good defect mode of transmission.When incident angle and thickness of ZnS inserts layers are properly regulated,the defect module′s location can be controled.The structure is expected to applying of the wave filter in infrared band.
