摘要
随着电子政务的不断发展,电子政务信息化建设中遇到诸多问题:重复建设、信息孤岛、规范化的不足、运行维护费用过高等,以云模式进行电子政务信息化建设和改造可以摆脱这些发展中的制约,实现云计算模式的系统架构和平台建设,从系统建设的物理层面、数据层面和应用层面逐步实现数据共享、资源共享和电子政务的规范化。
With the development of electronic government affairs, there are many problems in the electronic government affairs, such as repeated construction, Information Island, and standardization shortage, high operation and maintenance costs. Cloud model for electronic government affairs information construction and transformation can get rid of those restrict, realize cloud computing model of system framework and platform construction, and gradually realize data sharing, resource sharing and the standardization of the electronic government affairs from the physical plane, data level and application level of the system construction.
