企业组织结构的发展由内外部因素共同决定 ,电子商务作为一种以电子数据交换(EDI)和INTERNET网上交易为基础的全新商务运作模式 ,它的兴起使企业生存的内外部环境都发生改变 。
The evolution of enterprises' organization structure is jointly decided by the external and internal factors. As a brand-new way of business operation, based on the technology of EDI and internet , E-Business will change the living condition of enterprises , and will heavily influence the evolution of organization structure.
