摘要
教务管理工作是高等院校管理工作的重要环节,是高校教学质量的保证,是维系整个学校教学机制正常、合理、高效运行的纽带。其中,教务管理人员起到了不容忽视的作用。在日益信息化、网络化的今天,教务管理工作在新环境下也呈现出新的特点。本文从现代教学管理的特点和实际出发,重点探讨在信息时代如何维系教务管理工作有效、高效运行,以保证高校教学机制的平稳发展。
Educational administration management of higher schools is an important link of the management work in institutions of higher learning, is the guarantee of the quality of teaching, and is the link to normal, reasonable and efficient operation of the whole school teaching mechanism. Among them, the educational administration personnel play a role that can not be ignored. In today of an increasingly informationization, educational administration management work also presents new characteristics in the new environment. From the characteristics of the modem teaching management and reality, this paper discusses how maintain the effective and efficient operation of educational administration management, in order to ensure the steady development of teaching mechanism in the information era.
