冷冻浓缩污水处理的能耗模型建立及分析 被引量:6

摘要 通过冷冻浓缩可获得纯水和浓缩液,一方面可缓解缺水地区对水资源的需求,另一方面能耗低可节省大量能量。冷冻浓缩污水处理法是一种兼具节能和环保的污水处理方式。通过建立冷冻浓缩能耗模型,确定影响冷冻浓缩能耗的因素,即预冷温度、冷冻温度、浓缩倍数以及废水量,分别分析了4个因素对能耗的影响情况。分析发现对原废水进行预冷后,能耗最多能降低38%;在预冷的基础上再结合空调冰蓄冷,总体的能耗能够下降37%~47%。 As an energy-saving and environment protecting wastewater treatment method,freezing concentration is a new way not only to solve the problems of water pollution but also to save energy and ease the water demand in water scarce areas.It established the energy con sumption model of freezing concentration,and respectively analyzed the four critical factors,including pre-cooling temperature,freezing tem perature,concentration and the amount of waste water which influence the energy consumption of freezing concentration most.The energy consumption will be lowered by 38% by pre-cooling the original wastewater.Moreover,if the pre-cooling combined with the ice storage tech nology,the overall energy consumption will drop about 37%~47%.
