摘要 乳腺癌已成为全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,亦是女性最常见的肿瘤相关性致死原因。MR因软组织分辨力高、无辐射损伤等优势,在诊断乳腺癌方面的价值已得到广泛认同。DWI通过检测水分子在组织细胞内的扩散运动进行功能成像,无需注射对比剂,成像时间短。本文就DWI在乳腺癌中的临床应用进行综述。 Breast cancer has become one of the female malignant tumors with highest incidence globally. Meanwhile, it is the most common cause for tumor related lethal for women. MRI has received wide recognition in breast cancer for its ad vantages, such as high resolution of soft tissue, free of radiation damage and so on. DWI is an important kind of functional imaging, getting image by visualizing water diffusion in biological tissues without contrast media and short time is needed. The progresses of DWI in the clinical application of breast cancer were reviewed in this article.
