针刺治疗手足口病致急性弛缓性瘫痪21例 被引量：5

摘要 2011年4月至11月我院共收治560例手足口病（HFMD）患儿,其中合并急性弛缓性瘫痪（AFP）21例,笔者采用针刺治疗AFP患儿,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料21例均为本院住院患儿,其中男12例,女9例;年龄在9个月至3岁6个月之间,其中9个月～1岁10例,1＋～2岁5例,2＋～3岁4例,3岁以上2例;其中单侧上肢瘫痪3例,单侧下肢瘫痪2例,单侧肢体瘫痪2例,双侧下肢瘫痪14例;
