术前单疗程化疗对伴阻塞性肺炎的ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌患者肺功能的影响 被引量：2

摘要 对于非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）术前化疗的有关国内外研究主要分析上述治疗方法的治疗效果和术后并发症情况，而对于引起的肺功能影响状况则报道不多。本次研究选择伴阻塞性肺炎的ⅢA期NSCLC患者，进行单疗程化疗后，对比分析化疗前及结束后10d的有关指标，研究术前单疗程化疗对肺功能的作用。
