摘要
雌激素及其受体在肿瘤发生发展中的重要作用已被广泛认可,但其作用机理和途径尚不清楚。以关于雌激素的研究为例,雌激素在肿瘤细胞中的作用复杂,在某些肿瘤中雌激素能够促进肿瘤细胞生长,而在其他肿瘤中却起到抑制作用。雌激素受体ERα和ERβ是介导雌激素生物学效应的主要途径,广泛参与肿瘤发生、发展、浸润、转移的过程。此外,雌激素受体的表达情况可能与肿瘤患者的存活情况和预后有关。本文主要针对雌激素及其受体在常见肿瘤中的作用及其机制进行综述,为针对雌激素及其受体建立的肿瘤治疗方法提供新思路。
Estrogen and its receptors play important roles in carcinogenesis.Although there have been several evidence,but the results were unclear.For example,estrogen have proliferation role in some tumors,while play inhibiting role in others.Also estrogen receptors were involved in the process of development,invasion and metastasis of many tumors.Furthermore,estrogen receptors were associated with survival and prognosis of tumor.This review focus on the effect of estrogen on different kind of tumors,and to further explore the role of estrogen and its receptors in development of tumor may open up opportunities for estrogen-based therapy.
