摘要
目的:探讨双引流管负压吸引在预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死的临床疗效。方法:收集我科2010年12月至2011年10月行乳腺癌改良根治术且进行引流的患者共70例,其中33例患者进行了传统的加压包扎法引流,37例患者采用双引流管负压吸引引流,对两组结果进行对比。结果:与传统加压包扎引流相比较,双引流管负压吸引能显著改善乳腺癌术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死,提高患者舒适度。结论:双引流管负压吸引引流术是乳腺癌改良根治术后预防皮下积液、皮瓣坏死提高患者术后舒适度的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the effect of double drainage tube vacuum aspiration in the prevention of subcutaneous fluid,the clinical efficacy of flap necrosis after breast cancer operation.Methods：Total of 70 cases with modified radical mastectomy line for drainage including 33 patients underwent conventional pressure bandage drainage and 37patients underwent double drainage tube vacuum aspiration.Results：Double drainagetube vacuum aspiration in breast cancer patients could improve flap necrosis,than the control group.Conclusion：Double drainage tube vacuum aspiration after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can prevent,flap necrosis,improve patient condition.
