摘要
乳癌根治术后，为防止皮下积液（血），提高创口愈合率。应用了创面负压吸引引流，在创面的胸骨旁和腋中线各放一根有多处侧孔的软橡皮管。此二管从创面上另戳孔引出，接Ｙ形管行负压吸引。本组发生皮片下积液６例，积气２例，感染３例。
In order to prevent subctaneous dropsy and to improve the healing rate of wound after radical operation of mastocarcinoma,negative pressure drainage of surface of wound was employed.Two soft rubber tubes with several side holes were placed respectively beside the chest bone and axillary midline near the wound.And these two tubes were drawn out from openings made on the wounded surface and then were connected with a Yshaped tube to drain liquids by negative pressure.In this experiment,6 cases of subcutaneous dropsy,2 cases of subcutaneous pneumoderma and 3 cases of infection were found.This indicated that the method was relatively satisfactory.
