摘要
以目前云南壮剧人才培养过程中存在的师资缺乏、传承对象单一、演职人员招生困难等诸多传承困境为切入点,引入学校社区社会工作的理念,倡导地方政府、地方高校、遗产地中小学以及传承者群体的多方参与合作,以遗产地大学、中学和小学的学生、专业壮剧团、土戏班成员及其土戏班所在地的农村社区居民为教育对象,通过校内教育、校外社区教育和传承者群体教育等多样化的教育方式,开展云南壮剧进遗产地的保护教育和传承教育课程,其教育内容涉及云南壮剧的知识普及教育、壮剧文化的认同教育、壮剧文化空间的保护教育、观摩教育、兴趣小组教育、壮剧音乐课堂教育、云南壮剧技艺传承教育等方面,以便为后期多方参与的云南壮剧教育传承保护活动的服务方案策划和实施提供前期的研究基础,最终为云南壮剧的人才培养与传承探索出一种可持续发展的教育传承保护模式。
Based on current situation of lacking qualified teachers in Yunnan Zhuang nationality drama talent training, single source of students, recruitment difficulty, and many other inheritance dilemma, the paper introduces the idea of school-community-social work, advocating co-operation among local government, local universities, the local primary and high schools and inheritance group and puts forward the countermeasures of education, inheritance and protection in legacy areas. As far as the various learners, such as college students, primary and middle school students, professional performers, local performers, are concerned, protection and inheritance education courses concerning Zhuang drama popular knowledge, culture recognition education, observing education, interest group education, music and skill inheritance education should be set up in school, community and mass group etc., so that we can develop an inheritance mode for training talents and protection based on them.
