摘要
目的 :了解肽类生长因子与血管瘤的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 98例血管瘤和 3 2例血管畸形组织切片进行bFGF、bFGFR、TGF β和EGF表达的测定。 结果 :bFGF、bFGFR在血管瘤中高表达 ,而在血管畸形中低表达 (P <0 0 1) ;在血管瘤中bFGF、bFGFR的表达与其内皮细胞的增生程度有关 ,内皮细胞增生愈强 ,其bFGF、bFGFR表达愈高 (P <0 0 1)。bFGF和bFGFR呈正相关性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;TGF β和EGF在血管瘤及血管畸形中均未见表达。结论 :bFGF、bFGFR与血管瘤的增生及退化有关。
Objective: To understand the relationship between peptide growth factors and hemangioma(H) Methods: The expression of bFGF,bFGFR,TGF β and EGF was examined by immunohistochemistry in the tissue sections from98 cases with H and 32 cases with vascular malformation(VM).Results: ①The expression of bFGF and bFGFR was high in H and low in VM( P <0 01).②There was definite relation between the expression of bFGF and bFGFR and the proliferative degree of endothelial cells,more proliferation of endothelial cells,the higher expression of bFGF and bFGFR( P <0 01).The expression of bFGF was positively corelated to the expression of bFGFR in H.③Both TGF β and EGF did not express in H and VM.Conclusion: bFGF and bFGFR are definitely related to proliferation and involution of H.
