铒激光汽化与复方倍他米松皮损下注射联合治疗增生性瘢痕疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察铒激光剥脱加凝固模式联合复方倍他米松局部注射治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:将增生性瘢痕患者分为两组,分别采用铒激光汽化联合复方倍他米松治疗与单独复方倍他米松治疗,比较其临床疗效。结果:共治疗增生性瘢痕患者144例,其中A组为铒激光联合复方倍他米松治疗组,共79例;B组为单独复方倍他米松治疗组,共65例,A组总有效率为94.9%,B组总有效率为73.8%,A组明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:铒激光剥脱加凝固模式联合复方倍他米松局部注射能有效治疗增生性瘢痕,可临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effects of Er:YAG laser and Compound betamethasone Injection hyperplastic scar. Methods The patients were divided into two groups,group A included 79 patients irradiated by Er:YAG laser and the treated by compound betamethasone injection, while group B included only treated by compound betamethasone injection. Results The overall effective rates of two groups were 73.8% respectively, the effective rates of group A is obviously higher than group B (P〈0.05). Conclusi laser and compound betamethasone injection using togerther can treat hyperplastic scar effectively. in treating which were 65 patients 94.9% and on Er:YAG
