摘要
目的探讨升清降浊胶囊对慢性肾衰大鼠模型生化指标的影响。方法将96只大鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组、模型对照组、升清降浊胶囊(高、中、低浓度)组,并与肾衰宁胶囊治疗组进行对照(肾衰宁组),观察其血Ca、P、Scr、BUN、ALT、AST等各项生化指标。结果治疗4周后模型对照组与正常对照组比较,血Ca/P比值降低,Scr、BUN水平明显升高(P<0.01),ALT、AST无明显改变(P>0.05),肾衰宁组、升清降浊胶囊高、中、低浓度组与模型组比较:血Ca/P比值升高,Scr、BUN水平明显降低(P<0.05);ALT、AST无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗6周时升清降浊胶囊低浓度组与肾衰宁对照组,比较Scr、BUN均明显降低,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论升清降浊胶囊对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰大鼠模型可明显降低Scr、BUN,升高血Ca/P比值,减轻腺嘌呤对肾脏组织损害的作用,疗效与治疗慢性肾衰的肾衰宁胶囊相当。
Objective To explore effects of Shengqing Jiangzhuo capsule on biochemical indexes in rat model of chronic renal failure.Methods The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group,model group,Shengqing Jiangzhuo capsule high concentration group,middle concentration group and low concentration group,and Shenshuaining capsule group.The biochemical indices of Ca,P,Scr,BUN,ALT and AST in blood were observed.Results Comparing with normal control group,the Ca/P ratio decreased,Scr and BUN were significantly increased 4 weeks after treatment(P0.01),ALT and AST showed no significant change(P0.05) in model group;Comparing with model group,the Ca/P ratio increased,Scr and BUN were significantly decreased 4 weeks after treatment(P0.01),ALT and AST showed no significant change(P0.05) in Shengqing Jiangzhuo capsule high concentration group,middle concentration group and low concentration group,and Shenshuaining capsule group.The Scr and BUN were significantly decreased six weeks after treatment in Shengqing Jiangzhuo capsule low concentration group than those in control group of Shenshuaining,but there was no statistical significance in those groups(P0.05).Conclusion Shengqing Jiangzhuo capsule can reduce biochemical indexes of Scr and BUN in adenine-induced chronic renal failure rat model,and the effect of treatment of chronic renal failure is similar to Shenshuaining capsule in elevation of Ca/P ratio and decrease adenine on renal tissue injure.
