摘要
本文报道三种慢肾衰动物模型的制备方法及意义.1.大鼠经0.5%腺嘌呤饲料喂养7周诱发慢肾衰,2.大鼠5/6肾切除后饲养10周诱发慢肾衰;3.小鼠电凝摘肾喂养8周诱发慢肾衰.结果表明:三种慢肾衰模型均为较理想的中西药药效学研究模型.其模型对探讨肾脏组织形态变化、筛选治疗药物及阐明疗效机理均具重要意义.
This paper reported three methods to produce rat models of CRE, 1. Feeding 0.5% adenine to the rats for 7 weeks; 2. Nephrectomizing 5/6 of the kidney of the rats and feeding to them for 10 weeks; 3. Nephrectomizing one kidney electrocautering another kidney of the mousesand feeding them for 8 weeks.The results showed that these three kids of rat models of CBF were ideal experimental modls on. pharmacodynamics of Chinese drugs and western medicine. They were value in investgating the histomo-rphological change of the kidney, screening out efficient drugs and evaluating the mechanism of the drugs.
