摘要 【照耀】新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)所形成的脑实质损害可导致死亡及永久性神经功能缺陷,MRI作为一种无创性检查手段,其新技术的不断开发,为HIE的预后评价提供了新途径,现系统性回顾国内外MRI新技术在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后评估中的应用的研究进展。 The brain parenchymal damage formed by Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can result in death or permanent neurologic defects. With the development of new technologies, as a noninvasive method, MRI has provided a new way for prognostic evaluation. This paper will systematically review new MRI technology in the prognosis of infant hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
