颅脑磁共振氢质子波谱对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值

摘要 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是围生期足月婴儿脑损伤的最主要原因,病情重,病死率高,并可产生永久性神经功能障碍。磁共振氢质子波谱(1^HMRS)为近年用于颅脑疾病评价的磁共振新技术,可无创性地检测脑内化合物的代谢情况。本文旨在利用1^HMRS分析HIE患儿脑内代谢物的变化特点,以期能对HIE的影像学诊断和脑损伤程度分级提供依据。
