摘要
目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染与格林 巴利综合征 (GBS)发病的相关性。方法 用免疫法对GBS及对照组血清、CSF进行Hp特异性IgA、IgG、IgM测定。结果 4 9例GBS血清IgG含量为 (4 8.6 2± 57.30 )U/L ,阳性率 6 7.3% ,对照组为 (12 .4 5± 15.0 7)U/L ,阳性率 35.9% ,经统计学检验 ,t=4 .87,x2 =8.55,P均 <0 .0 1;IgA分别为 (8.6 2± 9.19)U/L、(5.4 8± 4 .12 )U/L(t=3.6 4 ,P <0 .0 1) ;IgM分别为 (2 0 .58± 2 6 .4 3)U/L、(13.0 6± 17.52 )U/L(t=1.83,P >0 .0 5)。 2 1例GBSCSFHp特异性IgG为 (4 .19± 4 .2 1)U/L ,2 0例对照组为 (2 .2 1±0 .34)U/L(t=5.37,P <0 .0 1) ;IgA分别为 (2 .89± 1.2 1)U/L、(2 .54± 0 .6 7)U/L(t =1.84 ,P >0 .0 5) ;IgM分别为 (4 .4 1± 1.83)U/L、(3.98± 1.0 2 )U/L(t=1.2 6 ,P >0 .0 5)。结论 Hp抗体水平与GBS发病呈正相关 ,提示Hp感染可能是GBS发病诱因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between infection of helicobacter pylori (Hp) and Guillain Barre syndrome(GBS). Method An enzyme immunoassay was employed to determine the concentration of antibodies(IgA,IgG,IgM) in serum and CSF in patients with GBS and controls. Results The concentration of serum IgG in 49 patients with GBS was (48.62±57.30) U/L( x±s ), positive rate 67.3%, but in 39 controls was only (12.45 ±15.07) U/L, positive rate 35.9%( t =4.87, P <0.01); IgA was(8.62±9.19) U/L, (5.48±4.12) U/L, respectively( t =3.64, P <0.01), but IgM was (20.58±26.43) U/L, (13.06±17.52) U/L, respectively ( t =1.83, P >0.05). The IgG in CSF 21 patients was (4.19±4.21) U/L, and (2.21±0.34) U/L in 20 controls( t =5.37, P <0.01), however IgA was (2.89± 1.21 ) U/L , (2.54±0.67) U/L( t =1.84, P >0.05);IgM was (4.41±1.83) U/L, (3.98±1.02) U/L( t =1.26, P >0.05 ). Conclusion The concentration of Hp antibodies has positive relationship with GBS, it suggests that the infection of Hp may be of an inducing factor of GBS.
