摘要
分别以2-异丙基咪唑和2-丁基咪唑为原料,经过3步反应,合成了两种未见报道的唑来膦酸衍生物。目标产物和重要中间体用元素分析,IR,MS和1HNMR测试技术对其结构进行了表征。根据目标产物的不同,合成方法比文献报道的类似物质的合成方法稍有改进,反应后处理更简单,收率更高,条件温和,环境友好。
Two new zoledronic acid derivatives were prepared by three steps from the raw material 2-isopropyl-1H-imidazole and 2-butyl-1H-imidazole,respectively.The compounds and key intermediates were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,MS and 1HNMR techniques.Compared with other reported zoledronic acid derivatives,there are many advantages in the synthesis of these two novel compounds,which made the present procedures much easier,higher yield,milder reaction conditions and more environmentally friendly.
