摘要
目的:研究在根管治疗中根充长度对临床疗效的影响。方法:对278颗根充治疗后2年的牙齿进行拍片检查,根据根充长度是否恰填分组:恰填187颗,非恰填(欠填或超填)91颗,应用根尖周指数并综合临床检查,对其临床疗效进行评价。结果:根管治疗成功率为68.7%;恰填根管的成功率(80.7%)比非恰填的成功率(45.1%)明显提高(P<0.01)。治疗后未行冠修复者出现冠劈裂,不能保留而拔除者4颗,占1.43%。结论:在进行根管治疗时,根充长度是否恰填明显影响临床治疗效果。
Objective To study influence of the quality of root canal filling on response assessment. Method Diagnosis on the teeth were confirmed by the X-ray examination after 2 years root canal therapy. Than the groups were as follows： perfect filling 187 cases and overfilling or deficient-filling 91 cases,Using periapical index and clinical expression to evaluate the clinical effects. Result success rates of root canal therapy was 68.7%.Success rates of perfect filling was significantly increased than that of （80.7%） overfilling or deficient filling （45.1%）（P〈0.01）.No crown restoration cases were easier to split and even 4 cases were removed because of no conservation value. Conclusion Length of root canal treatment has significant impact to clinical effects.
